What we use, in short
The site does not actively use analytics or marketing cookies or third-party tracking until you consent. We use browser local storage for basics: remembering your cookie preference and, if you sign in, keeping your account session. Fonts are self-hosted by the app, so page display does not send typography data to third parties.
Preferences are managed with Google Consent Mode v2: until you agree, analytics and marketing storage stay on „denied”. If you enable analytics and a measurement tool is configured, it loads only after consent.
Categories
1. Strictly necessary
Essential for the site to work. Cannot be disabled. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6(f) (legitimate interest).
pfpss.cookie.consent.v2(localStorage) — stores your cookie preferences so we do not ask on every visit.sb-…-auth-token(localStorage) — created only when you sign in; keeps the session. Cleared on sign-out.pfpss.preview(localStorage) — only during pre-launch maintenance; remembers preview access for testers.pfpss.remember(localStorage) — remembers your email at sign-in if you tick „remember me”.sidebar_state(cookie) — remembers whether the account sidebar is expanded or collapsed.
2. Functional (optional)
May retain interface preferences. Activated only with consent. We do not currently set such cookies.
3. Analytics (optional)
May provide aggregated statistics about site use. Activated only after explicit consent (GDPR art. 6(a)). Any analytics tool (for example Google Analytics) loads only after consent via the banner / Cookie settings.
4. Marketing (optional)
Would be used for campaigns and remarketing. We do not currently use marketing cookies. If we introduce any of the services above, we will load them only after your consent and update this page.
5. Third-party technologies
In certain interactions, third-party services may set strictly necessary technical cookies, without using them for profiling on our site:
- Stripe — when activating automatic payment / processing a card, for security and fraud prevention.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — on public forms, to distinguish real visitors from bots (anti-spam), without advertising tracking.
We do not load advertising networks, social-media pixels or third-party analytics without consent.
6. Retention
Cookie preference is kept locally until you clear site data or revise it. The authentication session ends on sign-out. Strictly technical third-party cookies follow those providers' durations.
7. How to withdraw consent
Click „Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to reopen and change your preferences at any time. Alternatively, manage or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — Privacy / Cookies section); the banner will reappear on the next visit. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the platform works.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when new technologies are introduced. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
