PFPSS brings together professionals in Romania's private residential elderly care sector. Through advocacy, collaboration and education we support providers in delivering services to the highest European standards.

We actively support private social-care providers with a platform for expression, valuable resources and networking opportunities. We aim to be the central pillar for our members in their dealings with authorities, government agencies and international partners, advocating for a sound legal environment and recognition of the private sector's vital contribution to social care in Romania.
We envision a Romania where quality access to social care is guaranteed for everyone, regardless of the difficulties they face. Through unity, innovation and uninterrupted commitment we reshape the social-care landscape to respond efficiently and flexibly to real community needs.
